We – Yeast.one – are proud to announce that we have successfully completed the first cohort of our European leadership program for Clariane, one of our major clients in the healthcare sector. This program is a result of our close collaboration with Clariane, IFG Executive Education and the Université de Haute Alsace, and aims to embed a common leadership vision for the group based on the values of the company.
What is the program about?
The program is a three-year journey that combines e-learning, off-line and online workshops, and a final innovation project. The participants are managers and leaders from 6 different countries. They are exposed to a large set of topics with a focus on leadership for change, transformation and innovation. The program is designed to be flexible and adaptive to the needs and preferences of the participants. They can access the learning materials and activities through a customized learning management system (LMS), and interact with their peers and facilitators through the online platform. The program also offers the opportunity to obtain European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits that can be used in other master programs in universities in their own country.
What are the outcomes of the program?
The program has been a great success, both in terms of satisfaction and impact. The first cohort of 70 participants has graduated from the program and received their ECTS certificates. They have reported high levels of engagement, motivation, and learning throughout the program. They have also demonstrated significant improvement in their leadership competencies and performance, as well as in their collaboration and innovation capabilities.
The program has also created a strong learning community among the participants, who have built lasting relationships and networks across the group. They have shared their experiences, insights, and best practices, and have supported each other in their personal and professional development. They have also expressed their willingness to continue learning and growing together beyond the program.
How did we make it happen?
The program is a the result of a partnership with Clariane, IFG executive education and the Université de Haute Alsace. We have been involved in every stage of the program, from design to delivery to evaluation. Here are some of the key activities that we have done:
- We designed the program in close collaboration with Clariane, based on their vision, values, and goals. We also aligned the program with the academic standards and requirements of the Université de Haute Alsace.
- We developed the learning materials and activities for the program, using a variety of formats and methods to suit the diverse needs and preferences of the participants. We also integrated everything in a LMS, fully customized for this program.
- We trained all the facilitators who delivered the program, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the participants in their learning journey and we coordinated the delivery for 40 different learning groups.
- We prepared regular communication to the participants and facilitators through stories, interviews, and inspiration, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the program. We also monitored satisfaction regularly and adapted the program based on the feedback from the participants in close collaboration with Clariane.
What are the key success factors of the program?
We believe that the program has been successful because of three main factors:
- The focus on building a learning mindset among the participants, so that they are motivated to take up the learning opportunities and challenges, and to apply their learning in their daily practice.
- The creation of a learning community among the participants, so that they can learn from each other and with each other, and to sustain their learning beyond the program.
- The provision of a program that is directly linked with and integrated in their daily practice, so that the participants can feel the impact and relevance of their learning.
What are the next steps?
We are delighted to continue our collaboration with Clariane, IFG and the UHA, and to launch the fourth year of the program. We are looking forward to continuing support the next cohorts of participants in their learning journey, to see their ongoing development and achievements and to celebrate their success with them.
We are grateful for the trust and support that Clariane, IFG and the UnHA have given us, and for the opportunity to work with such a talented and diverse group of participants. We are proud of what we have achieved together, and we hope to inspire more leaders and organizations to join us in our mission to make organisations regenerative through learning
